A Primary Care Physician (PCP) is needed in Live Oak, FL.

This position is with a community-based, nonprofit organization committed to their patients and provides a wide array of services to meet the needs of their community.
Salary and Benefits
- The salary range is based on experience ($200,000 - $225,000)
- Quarterly Bonus Potential up to $8,000
- Health Insurance - $37.01 biweekly (Employer covers 80%)

Requirements
- Compassionate Care
- Backup On-Call As Needed
- New Graduates Will Be Considered
- Clear and Active Physician License in the State of Florida
- MD / DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in the State of Florida
- Internal Medicine
- Family Medicine
