As a High Yield Investor Support Vice President within the Indianapolis-based Global High Yield investment management team, you will be responsible for providing investor support.
Your role will involve close collaboration with the Portfolio Management team to assist in portfolio management implementation, creation of client materials, and promoting operational initiatives of the Global High Yield team.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze portfolios and create review materials for team discussion
- Collaborate with senior Portfolio Managers in preparation of client call materials and analyses
- Allocate secondary trades across 40+ accounts
- Set-up and allocate primary market securities
- Assist Portfolio Managers in managing account inflows, outflows and account fundings
- Generate and update model portfolios
- Analyze performance and attribution across portfolio investments
- Perform miscellaneous project-oriented tasks.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Five years experience in a portfolio support or client service role
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
- Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on detail orientation
- Proficient-to-advanced experience in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Undergraduate degree from an accredited university with a background in a business discipline

- Fixed income experience preferred
