American Capital Realty Group, Inc . is currently seeking an Experienced Property Maintenance Technician to join our team at our large rental community located in Peoria, AZ 85382.

About the role :
This position is primarily responsible for maintaining and repairing physical structures of the building and maintaining grounds.
Our Ideal candidate :
- Basic knowledge of ventilation / air conditioning, heating, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and other generally accepted maintenance skills.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and at least 5 years experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
AC certification not required.
- Proficient in computer programs, including Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
- Demonstrate the ability to plan and prioritize tasks in a self-directed work environment and maintain high levels of productivity without direct supervision.
- Detail-oriented.
- Able to work in a team environment and take direction.
- Schedule is from Tuesday to Saturday and available for overtime. Available to work weekends.
- Must provide own tools.
- Must be able to work independently for on-call hours for maintenance emergencies.
