Essential Job Functions :
Primary job function is liaison between clients and administration. Must be able to interface and communicate with all levels of operations.
Ensure compliance of policy / procedures of The Meadows, Dept. of Labor (DOL), Dept. of Human Services (DHS)-Developmental Disabilities Services (DDS) and waiver components.
Monitor injuries, incidents and submit written reports to DHS within 24 hours. Attend and pass training seminars and classes as required per DHS-DDSD, Vocational Rehabilitation and Meadows' guidelines.
Ensure compliance of cleanliness in all work areas.
Development, implementation and documentation of Person-Centered Plans (PCPs), in accordance with DHS-DDSD requirements.
Data entry of daily information regarding PCPs and contract production on approved software programs.
Provide staff relief in all program areas as needed. Will become familiar with all program aspects to provide appropriate programming regarding PCPs.
Submit reports and respond to assignments / audits by supervisors. Provide assistance to administrative staff as needed.
Communicate and inform VP of Operations of special services, potential incidents and handling of behavior issues.
Coordinate volunteer opportunities with organizations / businesses to work alongside our workers.
Bachelor Degree required
2 - 4 years' experience within a human services field preferred
Work schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm

Jobs performed include; document / media pick-up, delivery of equipment, sorting documents / media for destruction, shredding / destruction, packaging (bagging, shrink wrapping, blister packaging, boxing), assembly (simple to complex), marketing and public relations services (collating, stuffing, and sorting mailings).
