As a project / process manager in the Enterprise Customer Behavior team, you will be partnering with product managers and engineers in making sure our programs are on track and well reported on, and our data meets the highest levels of quality and governance.
Our divisional data footprint is expansive and leveraged across entire Capital One.
In this role, you will leverage program management, process management, and technical skills to design, document, build, and maintain well-managed data solutions in our target state platforms.
This is a hands-on, tactical, and visible role that will allow an individual to partner with multiple teams and various levels of the organization in successfully managing this expansive data footprint.
Support Customer Behavior team with project and stakeholder management & data governance responsibilities :
Partner with customer behavior product and tech teams to lead program reviews
Lead the team’s reporting and communication mechanisms like MBR, compliance reporting, and newsletter
Collaborate with stakeholders across partner teams in support of Customer Behavior data management & governance initiatives
Review / manage / resolve sensitive data findings and work with tech teams to build a repeatable processes to support resolution of new findings
Manage the team’s intake and data standardization processes
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 5 years of experience in Project or Process management
At least 5 years of experience in Stakeholder management
Preferred Qualifications :
Master’s Degree in Business Management, Process Management, Project Management, Computer Science or Information Systems
2+ years of experience with NPI and Privacy data rules
2+ years of programming skills (i.e. SQL, Python, etc.)
2+ years of data modeling experience

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.New York City (Hybrid On-Site) : $172,900 - $197,300 for Sr Manager, Project Management
