About The Position
Weekly Pay Range - $2241 To $2489 Job Title : X-Ray Technician Job Specialty : Radiology / Cardiology Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Alternating Day 5x8-Hour (07 : 00 - 15 : 30);
Mid 5x8-Hour (14 : 30 - 23 : 00) Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Minimum 2 years License : Valid State License Certifications : AART, BLS, CRT Fluro License (all certifications must be American Heart Association certified and in hand at submission) Must-Have : Epic experience preferred Job Description : - Perform X-Ray imaging procedures according to established protocols.
- Prepare and position patients for X-Ray procedures ensuring patient comfort and safety. - Maintain equipment and ensure proper operation for optimal imaging results.
- Collaborate with radiologists and cardiologists to achieve diagnostic quality imaging. - Maintain accurate patient records and document all procedures in the electronic health record system.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations to provide a safe environment for patients and staff. - Participate in department meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
- Must be able to report for lab work within 3-5 days of signing. - Must be available to work one holiday if required. - Must adhere to background policies and inform of any background issues or DUIs prior to submission.
- Return staff policy applies (must be gone 1 year to return as a traveler). - Completion of 16 hours of orientation required.
