Minimum Requirements :
- 2 years of Customer Service Experience, dispatching / consumer support experience preferred in a small company setting.
- 2+ years of office support experience / Administrative Experience required.
- Must have a high attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have experience providing excellent customer service / customer support over the phone
- Open to being trained and learning new systems and processes.
Must be comfortable and have the patience to support customers over the phone, answering questions and providing solutions to their concerns (must be kind and understanding and excel in active listening and communication)
Must be willing to work 100% onsite and be a reliable employee.
Job Details :
- Direct Hire (DOQ)
- $21 / hr
- Start ASAP!
- Monday - Friday (8 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM)
- Benefits once hired (Eligible at 3 months) include : Health / Dental - Employer Paid health care Premium! - HSA, IRA + 3% Match, ESST, and PTO!
