DELVE DEEPER INTO YOUR DAY
Your schedule will be full-time, with working hours from Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 6 : 40 AM to 11 : 00 AM or 12 : 00 PM, and then 2 : 00 PM to 6 : 00 PM or 7 : 00 PM.
You'll work a half-day on Tuesdays from 12 : 30 PM to 6 : 00 PM. Additionally, you'll spend half a day per month engaging with the community with one month's notice.
As our Front Desk Receptionist - Chiropractic Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients-setting the tone for their entire experience with us.
From scheduling appointments to managing patient accounts and promoting office services, your role is crucial in keeping our office running smoothly and our patients feeling cared for.
You'll have the opportunity to engage in meaningful conversations at the front desk, ensuring each patient feels valued and informed.
Additionally, you'll step out into the community 1-2 times per month to represent our practice, building connections and gathering leads that will help us grow.
Your ability to juggle these tasks with grace and efficiency will make you an indispensable part of our team!
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
1 year of relative experience
Being a professional self-starter with previous medical, health office, or fitness experience is preferred. Phone experience is a plus!
