Seeking a Director of Employee Health Services to be responsible forthe efficient management of day-to-day operations within the department.
TheDirector is tasked with setting and achieving strategic goals, promotingorganizational values, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
This position requires expertise in overseeing employee health, wellnessprograms, and managing a team of healthcare professionals.

Compensation : $148,000 $165,000
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree (BSN) from an accreditedschool of nursing; master’s degree (MSN) preferred.
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse PractitionerProgram.
- Minimum five (5) years of nursing experience inan Employee Health setting.
- Minimum one (1) year of experience as a NursePractitioner.
- Current Nurse Practitioner certification in thespecialty area.
- Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse(APRN) Licensure.
- Current CNOR / CRNFA certification (ifapplicable).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
