Pay : $21.60 with $1.00 shift differential on 2nd shift

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Performs translation duties
- Giving production tours
- Works with Team Leaders and Team Members to monitor work in progress to assure conformance to productivity standards, standard yields, safe work procedures, HAACP, quality requirements, and food safety.
- Coaches and trains new / existing employees to ensure conformance to productivity standards, standard yields, safe work procedures and quality requirements.
- Train and certificate team members in; forklift, lock out tag out, and chemical training.
- Completes new employee orientation.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Requirements :
- Must be 18 years old
- Must be willing to work overtime
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Bilingual in English and Karen, reading, writing, speaking
- 1 year of consistent work history
- Basic Computer Skills
- Ability to work different shifts when needed
- Ability to work independently and / or in a team environment
