Bilingual Data Entry Clerk
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Bilingual Data Entry Clerk for a robotics company in Marietta, GA. They are looking for a go-getting associate to take charge of entering and verifying data, assisting customers, and other related job duties in this role. Pay Rate
$15.00-$17.00, based on experience. Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm.*This is not a remote position* Bilingual Data Entry Clerk Duties and Responsibilities
- Enter and update accurate customer data into company databases and systems.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and helpful assistance.
- Resolve customer complaints or direct them to the appropriate department for further support.
- Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive customer information.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure accuracy in records and reports.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Bilingual Data Entry Clerk Qualifications and Requirements
- High school graduate or GED.
- Strong data entry skills and previous background in customer service.
- Bilingual is a plus.
- Must be detail-oriented with good organizational skills and can multi-task.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive work attitude and work ethic.
- Drug-screening and background checks are required.
