Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs
- Provide differentiated instruction to meet the unique learning styles of students
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure the success of all students
- Conduct assessments and track student progress
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Participate in professional development opportunities
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education
- State Certification in Special Education
- Experience working with students with diverse learning needs
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs
