Cafe Vida in Pacific Palisades, CA, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our restaurant team full-time .

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

In this pivotal role, you will support the general manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring that Cafe Vida maintains its high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include supervising the café floor, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with various operational tasks.

You will work closely with the team to foster a positive and efficient work environment, contributing to the overall success of the café.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

• 2+ years of experience as an assistant general manager at a restaurant
• Supervision experience

Preferred Qualifications :

Customer service experience

YOUR TYPICAL SCHEDULE

This full-time, onsite position requires availability to work weekends, with a goal of approximately 50 hours per week, including day, mid, and evening shifts.
