Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred. License : Must provide license verification. Certifications : None specified.
Must-Have : - Covid test 72 hours prior to start date with results issued 48 hours prior to start date.- Resume and license verification must be attached.
If these items are not attached, the candidate will be declined. Job Description : Assist physical therapists in providing therapy services to patients.
- Help patients complete prescribed therapeutic exercises.- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans.
