Essential Responsibilities :
Assists with repairing and replacing drains, fixtures, rodding, cleaning, etc. as assigned.
Administers to general repairs . plunging toilets and drains, greases fan motors.
Works independently.
Completes preventative maintenance task on time.
Communicates issues to his / her supervisor.
Required Qualifications :
High School diploma or GED required. Vocational or Technical training preferred.
MA Driver's License
0-1 years related work experience required.
Previous experience preferred
Good driving record
Basic familiarity with computers. Ability to navigate at a basic level within web-based applications.
