We are seeking a dynamic and experienced solution sales leader for our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in solution sales, demonstrating profound sales methodology skills, particularly the Challenger approach.
The Territory Sales Manager will sell capital equipment into both new and existing accounts, using strong farming and hunting capabilities.
Excellent presentation skills, as well as the ability to provide predictable and reliable sales forecasting, are essential to the success of this role.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in both sales and leadership, leveraging their track record to drive success in the capital equipment space.
Proven sales leaders with a deep understanding of apparel and graphic arts markets and associated trends and technologies are desired.
We have open both East and West Coast territory roles.
Main Responsibilities :
Building and nurturing a territory sales team aligned to serving a set geographic region
Create and execute strategic territory sales and marketing plan that meets or exceeds established sales quotas and supports company revenue and profit targets
Proactively create a process-oriented sales funnel, ensuring lead qualification, progression, and conversion through the complete sales cycle
Establish a consistent and reliable pattern and outcome of sales performance, from strategy to outcome, to enable the sales team to achieve reliable results and meet established targets
Present and demonstrate Kornit products and services as needed
Respond in real-time to customers and all leads for prospective geographical customers
Utilize Salesforce to record and report all sales activities pre and post-sale
Perpetually build and maintain long-term, productive, mutually beneficial relationships with existing and new customers through prospecting, identifying evolving business needs, and suggesting product and process solutions accordingly
Continuously expand customer understanding and use Kornits product solutions and capabilities
Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth
Manage sales call activity to cover the entire territory adequately
Attend Kornit tradeshows, presentation events, and seminars
Collaborate with internal teams, sales, marketing, and technical support to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers
Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in sales or marketing or a related field from an Accredited Institute.
8+ years experience demonstrating proven sales and people management for mid to large-size organization
Previous experience with sales tools and lead-generation methods
Demonstrated a high level of business acumen, resulting in proven data-based and ROI-driven discussions using business models and tailored solutions
Detail-oriented, excellent communication skills, and a hunger to learn and flourish in a dynamic, high-growth entrepreneurial environment
Previous experience utilizing a CRM tool, Salesforce preferred
Valid Passport and Driver's License (travel insurance is provided)
Proven ability to build relationships with customers, key influencers, and local associations
Willingness to travel in the USA and internationally as needed
Preferred but Not Required :
Able to read and understand blueprints and schematic drawings.
The ability to speak Spanish fluently is an asset.
Knowledge of RIP & Photoshop Applications.
