Position Title : Clinical Therapist Positive Changes Women's Treatment Program
Reports To : Program Director
Work Days / Hours : 5 hours / week; schedule flexibility; no evenings or weekends required
Compensation : $36-40 per hour (DOE)

The Program Therapist will be responsible for overseeing the Positive Changes Womens Treatment Program. The Positive Changes Womens Treatment Program provides alcohol and drug outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment services for adult clients who identify as female.
Our program serves a full spectrum of clients, from those who are becoming and staying sober to those who might have tried many times before and are ready for lasting recovery and a healthier life.
What you will be responsible for
- Provide screening, assessment, treatment, and recovery services for adult clients who identify as female.
- Supervise staff who are providing services, including reviewing treatment plans, clinical notes, case consultation.
- Knowledge of legal and ethical issues.
- Supervise and provide case management services that include ongoing needs assessment, coordination of services, identification of barriers, appropriate referrals and follow-up.
- Comfort and ability with electronic health care records.
Supervise clinician in adolescent / family treatment program.

Required Qualifications :
Master’s degree in counseling or related field. Licensed in California. May consider pre-licensed if close to taking test.
Experience and interest in clients with both substance use disorders and mental health diagnoses
