Your Responsibilities :
- Provide personalized patient care , including administering medications, performing treatments, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our residents.
- Evaluate the physical, mental, and emotional needs of our residents and develop personalized care plans no cookie-cutter care here!
- Promote dignity, respect, and compassion in all interactions, embracing a collaborative, all-hands-on-deck approach to resident care.
- Keep residents, their families, and team members informed and engaged, ensuring everyone is happy and in the loop.
What You Bring :
- An active RN license in the state of North Carolina .
- CPR certification because safety always comes first.
- A genuine sense of empathy and compassion for our amazing residents.
- You’re a team player who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment .
- Rock-solid communication and interpersonal skills you know how to keep everyone on the same page.
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings is desirable but not required.
