Requirements :

• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• Criminal felony / misdemeanor conviction evaluated on case by case basis evaluated on Clean MVR and PSP.
• No DUI / DWI within past 3 years.
• Minimum 23 years of age.
