About The Position

Pioneer Healthcare Services is seeking an experienced Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant PTA looking to travel to San Oxnard, CA.

• ome Health Physical Therapy Assistants who work for Pioneer Healthcare Services are dedicated individuals looking to pave a new way in travel healthcare.
• Responsibilities of a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant PTA :
• Provide physician-prescribed physical therapy under a plan of care established by the PT
• Improve or minimize residual physical disabilities of the patient
• Return the patient to optimum and productive levels (within patient capability)
• Participate with all other healthcare personnel in patient care planning
• Perform all skilled procedures as ordered by the physician and according to the plan of care established by the PT
• Consult with PT regarding change in treatment
• Participate in educating the patient and the patient's family
• Participate in QAPI and in-service programs as assigned
• Attend all patient care conferences as scheduled
