A formal 18 month development program where you'll solve problems, be creative and make an impact. With access to resources necessary to become a successful business professional, you will develop your leadership capabilities working alongside a diverse group from Universities across the country.

Note : On-going employment after graduation from this program

Throughout the program, you will participate in challenging projects, mentor with experienced professionals, job shadowing, and attend formal leadership development workshops designed to set you up for professional success.

Team Member of the following :

As a Treasury Management Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the full client lifecycle for top-tier clients utilizing products and services from the Treasury Management suite.

Responsible for complete onboarding of relationships including new accounts and TM products, client training, and expert advisement for these priority clients on various TM products and services along with all bank products that support the client's needs.

The primary focus is ensuring that they meet service level standards (customer service; turn-around time; risk management and regulatory compliance;

audit soundness; and productivity and efficiency).

We're looking for graduating students who are not only top-performers, but who also have leadership experience, an entrepreneurial mindset and are passionate problem solvers.

You may be a fit for this program if you meet certain eligibility requirements, including :

• College Degree from a 4 year College or University or equivalent
• Completion of an Accounting course
• GPA of 3.0 or higher is required
• Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to self-motivate and work independently
• An interest in working in Commercial Business Banking

Compensation : Hourly range for new hires is generally $33.40 for San Diego, CA. Hourly range for new hires is generally $33.

40 for Los Angeles, CA. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus / incentives earned.
