Urology Opportunity in Major Metro Texas
Become a part of our well-rounded skilled specialist team at a 402-bed hospital. Employed Position in Odessa, Texas with a flexible schedule and competitive compensation based on the schedule you choose.
Schedule :
- Flexibility to choose what you want
- We offer 2 different scheduling options, including :
- Outpatient Only
- Mixture of Inpatient / Outpatient
- Minimal Call : 1day / week, 1 weekend / month
Equipment / Support Staff :
- Full general and robotic capabilities
- 1 Clinical for every 10 patients / day
- MA's, other support staff available
Compensation :
- You have the ability to earn :
- $630K base + wRVU's for outpatient only
- $710K base + wRVU's for inpatient / outpatient role
