Tech USA is seeking a Grading Foreman for our client in Huntsville, AL Metro Area! This is a Direct Opportunity with our client for the successful candidate with the right experience.
The Site Foreman will directly supervise and coordinate activities of grading crew and may also engage in the trade work of the employees being supervised.
Qualifications : * US CItizen or Authorization to work in the US* Minimum of Three (3) years' experience working in the Construction Industry* Minimum of Three (3) years' experience as a Site Foreman* Valid Driver's License* Ability to work Outdoors in All Weather Conditions* Ability to work around various substances commonly found on construction sites.
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. on a frequent basis, at least 50 pounds
- Ability to be certified to enter confirned spaces, including climbing into and out of excavations up to 20 feet in depth, using ladders or crawling as required.
- Ability to read and understand both oral and written instructions and communicate effectively with internal customers.
