West Wind Supper Club is looking for Chefs!
We are on the hunt for aspiring cooks to join our hard-working team and help prepare meals and menu items according to our standard recipes.
Line Cook / Prep Cook Responsibility :
- Assisting in the kitchen as a line cook, fry cook & prep cook.
- Work in an upbeat and fast paced environment with a great team to excel your skills.
- Ensure the preparation station and the kitchen is set up and stocked for service.
- Prepare simple components of each dish on the menu by using techniques learned throughout training.
- Assist in kitchen-clean-up and preparation of products for future shifts.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations, and flexibility and willingness to learn new techniques and restaurant standards.
Requirements :
- General knowledge of restaurant best practices and cooking methods and / or the ability to be thoroughly trained.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Aptitude for multi-tasking.
- Must be able to work cooperatively and efficiently in a team setting.
