Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our second-shift team at Kindeva Drug Delivery in Lexington, Kentucky.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, organizing and storing products, and preparing orders for shipment.

This is a full-time, individual contributor role with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Responsibilities :

  • Receive, store, and distribute materials and products accurately
  • Perform inventory control and maintain accurate records of all transactions
  • Prepare orders for shipment by accurately picking and packing items
  • Use forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move and store products
  • Utilize computer systems to input and track inventory and shipments
  • Follow safety and quality standards and regulations at all times
  • Maintain clean and organized work area
  • Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory counts as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance job knowledge and skills

Requirements :

  • High School diploma or equivalent with 2 - 5 years experience.
  • Experience in a production environment working with PCs for data entry, inquiry, and communication. Ability to keep neat, accurate, and complete records and logs.
  • Experience with pharmaceutical-related healthcare manufacturing clean environments is preferred. A basic understanding of cGMPs, FDA regulations, and industry guidelines is preferred.
  • Good verbal and written communication.
  • Operation of pallet jacks and lifts. Forklift experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
  • Must be proactive, dependable, and results-oriented, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with good work ethic and ability to work independently with minimum supervision and use good judgment.
  • Qualified to work with controlled substances.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
