Job Description
Required :
- Minimum 4 year experience in power generation and electrical utility experience and knowledge of electrical transmission lines .
- Experience in working on plan and profile, hardware assembly drawings, steel reinforcement drawings, structure foundation drawings for high voltage transmission lines.
- Must be proficient in both AutoCAD and Microstation .
- Must be able to work with raster / tiff image files in CAD.
- Must be familiar with structural steel and connection detail design.
- Must be familiar with UG transmission line design and layout.
- Must be familiar with working in the coordinate system in CAD.
- Must be knowledgeable with access road grading design.
- Clear and concise writing and verbal communication skills.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Familiarity with utility best practices, IEEE, ASME, NESC, and NEMA Standards.
