It's very common for newly affiliated real estate sales agents to have multiple transactions within their first few months on The Brand Realty Team.

Compensation :
$60,000 - $180,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
Services clients in the Inland Empire area, including Temecula, Murrieta, Winchester, Wildomar, Lake Perris, and up through San Bernardino County
Provide world class customer service to all client
Consistently prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
Work hard. Be kind.
Qualifications :
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
- Tech savvy
- Past sales experience is preferred
- Top-notch time management and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a tenacious drive
- Eagerness to learn and share knowledge
- Ability to adapt (very crucial in the real estate industry)
