Responsibilities :
- Knowledge and Experience in Quality Control title grade sheets for completeness of documentation.
- Responsible for completing and assisting with the overall administration and coordination of Recordings, Post-Closing, and Title Policy Issuance.
- Assist in getting loan documents recorded in public records.
- Complete recording rejections and coordinate with counties nationwide for resolutions.
- Maintain and update internal systems status updates, including when documents are sent out for recording, and when the documents are returned to the client.
- Responsible for monthly client tracking reports.
- Responsible for inputting and tracking recording rejections.
- Assist in sorting and filing loan documents to be housed for the lenders.
- Coordinate policy ordering from various title partners.
- Complete Quality Control of title insurance policies to verify all documents received from title partners are correctly drafted before delivering to clients.
- Tracking and follow up for revisions as required for lender verification.
- Invoicing and processing payments for partners as required.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Education and Experience :
High School diploma or equivalent or 1+ years of experience in title industry.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Working Conditions :
