Responsibilities :
- Complete all training Development Plans
- Leadership by example to all team members and managers
- Provide excellent employment experience for team members and managers
- Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service
- Train and demonstrate company standards to all team members and managers
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Manage equipment and inform management of maintenance needs
- Other work assigned
Capabilities Requirement :
- Demonstrate strong leadership, creating an environment of success
- Manage all personnel on each shift, including cashiers and cooks
- Inventory management : the management of food costs
- Ensure completion of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks
- Hire and schedule staff to provide a quality guest experience
- Ensure accurate cash handling and store operations
- Meet or exceed budgeted operating goals
- Maintain product quality standards
