Our continually expanding client base gives us an opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects in various industries.
We are seeking full-time Engineering Field Technicians to join our Chantilly, VA team.
Responsibilities :
- Observing and testing soils, aggregates, concrete, masonry & asphalt according to applicable standards
- Preparing accurate field reports and assisting with laboratory testing
- Daily interaction with team members and various project stakeholders
- Obtaining necessary certifications and training
- Other related tasks, as assigned by supervisor
Experience, Skills & Abilities :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in construction environment
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Well-organized and reliable individual
- Ability to work off-shift hours, including some weekends
- Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving history
- Good written and oral communication
- Ability to periodically lift and carry 50 pounds of weight and stand for long periods of time
- Current WACEL and / or ACI certifications preferred Benefits :
