Up to a $20,000 Sign On Bonus paid to qualified candidate successfully hired!Position Overview* Minimum of one year of nursing experience required (any specialty unit)* Full Time;

36 hours per week* Night Shift; 7pm - 7am* Nursery and Mom / Baby population* Our Nursery nurses also are trained in Mother / Baby with up to 4 couplets.

Shadowing may take place during the interview, so please plan on 3 - 4 hours to be on site. If you are unable to allocate this amount of time, we will work out an alternative.

The standards of practice (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, coordination of care- teaching and health promotion and evaluation) along with the standards of professional performance (ethics, culturally congruent practice, communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence- based practice / nursing research, quality, evaluation, resource utilization, and environmental health) encompass the actions and foundation of professional nursing.

NRP within 6 months of hire. Inpatient Pediatrics. PALS within 6 months of hire. All Direct Care RN's required to have BLS within 90 days of hire.
