Help Desk Technician V

HOW A HELP DESK TECHNICIAN V WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and / or systems hardware and software
Responsible for training Help Desk Technicians
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED :
Education : Associates of Arts / Associates of Science
Required Experience : 8+ years of related experience
Two certifications are required for the program :
1. Security+ CE or another 8570 Cert
2. PWS 9.1 cert

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $34.00 - $46.00. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
