Are you interested in IT Help Desk or Desktop Support roles? Are you an experienced IT professional with a full understanding of technical standards, principles, theories, concepts, and techniques?

Responsibilities :
- Providing help desk and desktop support to our team members
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to computer systems, hardware, and software
- Utilizing your expertise in Microsoft O365 and Active Directory to manage user accounts and access
- Leveraging your skills in Intune and SCCM, if available, to manage devices and applications
- Ensuring the smooth running of Windows systems, with Mac knowledge being a bonus
- Applying your strong problem-solving skills to identify, investigate, and resolve technical issues
- Utilizing your excellent communication skills to provide clear, concise technical assistance
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Help Desk Analyst, Desktop Support Analyst or similar role.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Active Directory
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with installing and troubleshooting software and hardware.
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
- Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs.
- Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
