Title Specialist I (Manheim)

Job Description

• Counter, assisting clients with intake of the appropriate client information
• Effective communication skills and strong customer service attitude is required
• Answering calls and providing title updates
• Prepare titles and associated documents for scanning
• Scan titles. Verify title state and VIN
• Associate titles to barcoded folders
• Filing and pulling files folders in numerical order
• Packing and shipping vehicle titles
• Dealer registration, downloading clients for the sale, printing bidder badges, investigating blocking issues. Intake / Posting of client payments
• Batching money order / cashier checks, processing daily deposits
• Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum

• High School Diploma / GED
• Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with teams throughout organizationPreferred
• Degree in related discipline
• Experience in auto, transportation, logistics, admin, or titling industry desired

To be employed in this role, you’ll need to clear a pre-employment drug test. Cox Automotive does not currently administer a pre-employment drug test for marijuana for this position.
