Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Focused Part-Time
Ryze on the Avenue is a community-driven Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation organization which is located at : 3400 South Indiana Avenue Chicago, Illinois 60616 .
We specialize in providing a high level of quality care to residents in our behavioral and memory care units throughout the Chicagoland and Suburban communities.
We are looking to fill 3p-11p and 11p-7a shifts at this time.

Essential Job Requirements :
- Provide direct patient care.
- Documentation confirming all care provided to patients and residents with in Skilled Acute Care, Long Term Care, Rehabilitation, Assisted Living or Memory Care units as assigned.
- Provide direction to all Nurse Aides providing direct patient care and assuring that all job duties and responsibilities are successfully completed.
- Medication Management
- Providing a high level of customer service to patients, family members and internal employees
- Additional Duties assigned as needed.
Requirements
- Current, valid RN licensure in the state of Illinois
- One year of experience in Long Term Care, Rehabilitation, Assisted Living or Memory Care facility preferred.
- Current CPR certification
- Must have excellent communication skills.
