About The Position
Job Title : Physical Therapy Assistant Job Specialty : Rehabilitation Therapy Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Days Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week Experience : Minimum years of experience not specified License : Required Certifications : Not specified Must-Have : Bilingual not required, holiday coverage not required Job Description : - Provide supportive care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Assist patients with physical therapy treatments and exercises.- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment.
- Participate in team meetings and patient care conferences as needed.- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Educate patients and families about exercises and therapies.- Ensure all equipment is sanitized and maintained properly.
