Your purpose :

YouFit’s vision is to create the best member experience, especially within our HIIT+ small group training classes. The Small Group Trainer will be energetic and enthusiastic with members while conducting engaging and productive small group sessions that have up to 10 members.

Our signature HIIT+ classes have strength, conditioning, and core stations in every workout so our members get results, fast.

How You will contribute :

Conduct HIIT+ classes at multiple locations

Prepare workouts in advance following YouFit’s SGT class format

Work closely with members and teammates to ensure all classes exceed expectations

Commit to continuous growth & learning

What You will bring to the team :

Must be at least 18 years of age

A valid CPR / AED with a hands-on live component

Personal training and personal training sales experience

Experience teaching group classes or leading groups

Background in fitness and exercise

Prefered : a valid personal training certification, group fitness certification or an exercise science-related degree

Compensation Includes :

Group Session Rate

Floor hours (maximum of 5 hours / week)

Commission on personal training packages sold
