JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Evaluate program performance based on customer response, retention, and conversion metrics.
- Conduct statistical testing for A / B and multivariate experiments.
- Develop and maintain critical metrics and reports on program health.
- Handle ad hoc data analysis requests to uncover customer behavior insights.
- Apply data mining and analytical techniques to highlight customer trends and inform strategic planning.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Proficient in SQL and analytical tools.
- Strong background in statistics and data analysis methodologies.
- 3-6 years of experience working with large-scale complex datasets.
- SAS experience a plus
- TECH SKILLS : SQL, Python (intermediate), DASHBOARD (Tableau, BIBI)
