Lakeview Family Medicine is looking for a Physician to join their busy practice caring for patients across the generational spectrum.

Practice has 2 physicians and 4 Advanced Practice Providers.

Team-based care is supplemented with social work, behavioral health, pharmacy, care managers, medical assistants working one-to-one with the physicians.

Large practice population with walk-in clinic, laboratory, radiology, PT / OT and specialty and surgical services.

Qualifications

• Required Bachelor’s Degree
• BE / BC Family / Internal Medicine
• LIC-Physician (MD) - STATE MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required Or
• LIC-Osteopathic Physician (DO) - STATE MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
• CRT-DEA Registration - STATE MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 120 Days required Or
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 120 Days required
• CRT-Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA American Heart

Association If required by specialty or stress test performed 120 Days required
