Now hiring for an Indianapolis Sr. Project Manager.
Responsibilities :
- Estimate conceptual budgets
- Coordinate new opportunities from lead to project execution
- Create and maintain documentation including submittals, RFIs, etc.
- Maintain and manage project financials
- Create and communicate project schedule with field staff and partners
- Lead all meetings involving projects assigned
- Liaise between clients, design team, management, support staff, onsite crews,, and partners
- Collaborate with Superintendents to proactively solve job site issues and implement a safe work environment
- Ensure all projects are completed within a timely manner to increase profitability
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of Project Management experience required
- Background in Construction, scheduling, and job-cost accounting required
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and solution-oriented skills
- Ability to learn and expand on applicable knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, or transferrable software required
- Experience with Vista, Viewpoint, or TrimbleOne highly preferred
