Career TEAM is looking to hire an Operations Coordinator to help support the Quality Assurance Team and provide direct support to Career Advisors for service approvals and professional development on competencies toward workforce development.

In this hybrid position, the Operations Coordinator will report directly to the Quality Assurance Team Lead and will have a huge impact behind the scenes on supporting customers of the WIOA program.

Your Impact on Career Team's Success :

  • Review program enrollment packets, support services and ITAs for corrections and provide coaching and feedback to staff within 48 hours of submission
  • Track approval process timeline to ensure increased accuracy turnaround times as Career Advisor progress in their roles and report out monthly to team on areas of growth and successes
  • Work with the Quality Assurance team to provide support to remain in compliance, avoid disallowed costs and maintain accurate records in ETO
  • Help identify trends and provide coaching, feedback and training to improve policy competency
  • Help track spending rates and report out to leadership on average spending by program to assist with forecasting and projection for participants
  • Become a subject matter expert on local policies and interpretations of policies as it pertains to approvals of enrollments, support services, and ITAs
  • Assist leadership in training new staff on process flows and ideologies for submitting participant activity requests and enrollments
  • Provide additional support to the Quality Assurance team for reports, invoicing, and board requests
  • Assist team in hitting contractual performance metrics and goals
  • Approach each day and task with a "ZAG" mindset
  • Other duties and projects as needed

The Ideal Qualifications Include :

  • A minimum of a GED or HS Diploma required
  • An associates or bachelor degree is preferred, but not required1 year of project management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of WIOA contracts and programs.
  • Successful record of people and project management, including the ability to motivate others to adopt systems and procedures.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Commitment and passion for the company mission.
  • A professional and resourceful style with the ability to work independently and as a team player, to take initiative and manage multiple tasks and projects at a time.
  • A Valid Driver's License

Salary : $58,000 - $65,000 / yr. Salary is commensurate with education and experience.

Employment Type : Full-time, non-exempt

Travel : Position may require local travel up to 20% of the time
