Title : Director Of Supply Chain

Compensation : $120,000-$150,000 *Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC*
Responsibilities :
- Manage Planning team and processes to meet inventory targets
- Support on-time launches and promotions
- Coordinate monthly planning processes
- Assist in executing production plans and procuring components
- Monitor production capacity and address bottlenecks
- Ensure accurate delivery dates in Sage system
- Maintain adherence to planning cycles
- Monitor inventory and facilitate transfers between facilities
- Collaborate with third-party manufacturers to ensure supply meets demand
- Coordinate with various departments to maintain product lines
- Ensure data accuracy and proper process flow in Sage system
- Coordinate logistics and recommend shipping methods
- Assist in implementing new planning systems
- Support annual physical inventories
- Handle master data management tasks
- Other duties as assigned by Manager
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain or related field
- APICS certification preferred
- Experience in CPG industry, preferably cosmetics or consumer products
- Experience managing supply chain teams
- Proficiency in supply chain management concepts and operations
- Problem-solving and process improvement skills
- Experience with global manufacturing and logistics
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and planning tools
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
