Duties :
- Provide legal guidance on transactional tax matters, including structuring and planning.
- Conduct research on tax laws, regulations, and case precedents.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing tax-related documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Participate in the development and implementation of tax strategies.
- Support senior attorneys in representing clients in tax-related negotiations and disputes.
Requirements :
- Admission to practice law in New York State.
- 2-4 years of experience in tax law practice.
- Familiarity with transactional tax matters preferred.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
Education :
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications :
Admission to the New York State Bar.
