Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team and contribute to our commitment to precision, quality, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

CNC Machining : Operate and set up CNC milling and turning machines to produce complex parts and components with high precision, adhering to blueprints and technical drawings.

Manual Machining : Utilize manual lathes, mills, and grinders for machining operations, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met.

Tooling and Fixtures : Select and install appropriate tooling and fixtures, and make necessary adjustments to ensure the highest level of part quality.

Inspection : Perform in-process and final inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions, tolerances, and finishes.

Program Setup & Editing : Set up CNC programs and make edits as necessary to meet specific job requirements and ensure efficient operation.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting : Perform routine machine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure machines are running at optimal performance.

Safety & Compliance : Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience : Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CNC Machinist, with a strong background in both CNC and manual machining.
• Skills : Proficient with CNC programming (G-code, M-code), setup, and operation of CNC machines (vertical mills, lathes, as well as manual machines (lathes, mills, grinders).
• Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of blueprints, technical drawings, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
• Tools & Equipment : Skilled in using a variety of hand tools and precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, .
• Software : Experience with CNC software (., Haas, Fanuc, Siemens, and the ability to make program adjustments as needed.
• Problem Solving : Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address machining challenges and equipment issues.
