Overview
The Commercial Title Assistant is responsible to provide accurate and professional title commitment updates / amendments, searches, tax certificates, title policies and all pertinent information in relation to the production of title products with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.
Duties
Superior customer service skills.
- Maintain strong and accurate attention to detail along with strong ability to prioritize and multi- task in a highly productive manner.
- Ability to discuss chain of title and commitment with customers and staff.
- Research in databases such as SKLD, public county websites and other pertinent software applications.
- Perform with teamwork mindset and with escrow staff and customers.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience
Commercial or Title Assistant experience a plus.
