As an Associate Director, Technical Campaign Management, this person will serve as the lead contact to clients and internal stakeholders pertaining to campaign communication.
They will help facilitate the campaign process between Ansira and client, while managing campaign execution of email, direct mail and / or SMS campaigns.
They will work with internal teams to effectively deliver seamless cross-channel marketing campaigns for our client.
Day-to-day responsibilities involve participating in daily meetings, gathering and documenting requests, managing client expectations, and disseminating information to team members as necessary.
The Campaign Management team is ultimately responsible for ensuring flawless campaign delivery, but their primary responsibilities are to gather and translate client marketing requests into audience and content requirements including static and dynamic campaigns, and then to manage executional tasks across ANSIRA internal team members.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Liaison between client and agency
Building content / creative matrices that include audience criteria and creative information needed for email campaigns
Managing campaign status / hot sheets and keeping status current daily
Leading client meetings and sharing information with team members
Communicating in project management tool, updating timelines and providing campaign status
Ensuring flawless execution and operational efficiency.
Participate as a member of cross-functional ANSIRA account team s for the development of marketing objectives and strategies within assigned client ( s ) .
Maintain frequ ent client interaction and manage day-to-day activities as the primary campaign contact . Must be available and responsive to clients throughout the day and occasionally longer.
Responsible for interpreting client needs into actionable internal direction, with specific focus on documentation into formal campaign requests .
Ensure kick-off meetings are held to review campaign details and needs , identify outstanding questions, gain approach consensus, and set project deliverables.
Create campaign production schedules, monitor activity and notify stakeholders of relevant fluctuations.
Coordinate campaign tasks across the email & QA teams ensur ing all pertinent project information is communicated to broader departments or team members.
Assist in campaign file QC and logic validation, as compared to client request documentation prepared
Collaborate with Clients and Partners as needed on creative assets, preparations and transfers.
Oversee quality control and ensure approvals are obtained on all appropriate phases of a project.
Resolve any issues prior to campaign execution, whether internally or externally with Clients and Partners.
Document and train other team members to perform campaign execution role as a back-up.

Background / Experience
Associate Degree with experience or Bachelor's D egree in Marketing / Advertising or similar specialty is preferred.
6 + years of client and / or account service experience is required , preferably within an agency , including 4 + years managing direct reports over a portfolio of accounts .
Advanced knowledge and understanding of marketing channels, specifically Email, DM and / or SMS, including advanced solutioning & optimizing processes.
AI knowledge is a plus.
Advanced knowledge of channel execution task management across SME functions, needing minimal guidance and considered CM SME on account(s).
In -depth u nderstanding of requirements-gathering techniques and documentation strategies , including work effort estimation for scopes of work.
Must have solid knowledge of overall agency structure and project management methodologies.
Experience working with marketing database solutions on multi-channel CRM, customer segmentation practices, and one-to-one communication approaches is strongly preferred.
Experience using one or more Email Marketing or ESP products such as AWS, Acoustic ( Silverpop ), Adobe, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Alterian Dynamic Messenger, Cordial, Bloomreach , Responsys, Exact Target, Strongmail , Cheetahmail , Email Vision, Eloqua, Neolane , or Ecircle .
Experience using Project Management tools such as Workfront, Wrike, Jira or Basecamp.

leads projects thus making decisions related to timelines and client direction.
