We are seeking Program Managers to support various projects throughout the United States. It is their key function to ensure accountability of the Site Project Managers through various stages of the project (acquisition, design, handover, completion).
Roles and Responsibilities include :
- Ensure continuity throughout the lifecycle of the projects. Attend and actively participate in all project meetings.
- Liaise with all relevant stakeholders on the project.
- Complete relevant risk assessments.
- Provide specialist security oversight throughout the project in areas of access control, CCTV, blast ballistics, HVM ensuring that users of the space have access to a safe working environment.
- Ensure weekly project trackers for the projects are up to date, listing all relevant information, including but not limited to : roadblocks / outstanding queries / missed deadlines.
- Point of escalation for issues encountered throughout the lifecycle.
- Ensure all project milestones are met; ensure system integrators are held accountable throughout the lifecycle of the project;
reporting weekly throughout the project on any roadblocks or issues that prevent the schedule of works being completed.
- Ensure that the project coordinator has all relevant information on the project. Liaise with them and ensure that they are fully supporting you in the completion of your duties and in cases where they are not, take the necessary steps to rectify this.
- Issue and update project documentation such as : weekly plangrid reports, risk register, gateway document, QA / QC, project completion completion certificates.
- Practice due diligence in all decision making throughout the project.
