Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Immigration Attorney at World One Law Group. The Attorney will be responsible for providing consultations and legal advice, conducting research, negotiating on behalf of clients, and handling various immigration cases.
The role involves working closely with clients, reviewing cases, preparing legal documents, and representing clients in court or during immigration proceedings.
Qualifications
- Immigration Law skills and experience
- Legal Advice and Consultation skills
- Experience in conducting legal research
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Bar admission in the state of Washington or any US state
