About the role

Range is seeking an exceptional Content and Creative Strategist to join our marketing team. In this role, you'll develop and execute our content strategy across all owned and paid channels.

As a key member of our small, but highly capable team, you'll contribute to Range's rapid growth from day one.

What you'll do with us

• Design and implement comprehensive content marketing campaigns and identify new opportunities to meet our strategic objectives.
• Create high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for various channels, such as paid social media, blog posts, articles, newsletters, email campaigns, and more.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with our design, advisory, sales, and product teams to create compelling, differentiated, and impactful content.
• Implement effective content distribution strategies to reach and engage the target audience.
• Optimize content for SEO and contribute significantly to our organic growth strategy.
• Develop and maintain a network of talented third-party individuals who can provide additional support to the team when necessary.
• Monitor and analyze content performance using relevant tools and metrics.

What will set you apart

• 5-7 years of experience in content marketing, with a strong portfolio.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt content to different styles and tones.
• A knack for crafting eye-catching and compelling advertising creative.
• Proficiency in SEO best practices and content optimization, familiarity with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and keyword research.
• Proficiency in using content management systems and related tools such as Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
