Responsabilidades clave :
- Gestionar operaciones diarias, reclutamiento y desarrollo tecnológico.
- Desarrollar estrategias de expansión y crecimiento.
- Supervisar métricas clave y colaborar con la dirección ejecutiva.
- Trabajar con equipos de ingeniería, producto, ventas y desarrollo de negocios.
- Monitorear la competencia y tendencias del mercado.
- Optimizar procesos operativos para mejorar la eficiencia y reducir costos.
- Implementar prácticas de gestión de calidad , asegurando el cumplimiento de estándares.
Requisitos :
- Fluidez en inglés y español .
- Experiencia en startups y productos directos al consumidor .
- Habilidades de comunicación, análisis y capacidad para resolver problemas.
- Experiencia en gestión de proyectos y habilidades organizativas.
- Capacidad para fomentar un ambiente colaborativo y motivar equipos.
